On the bench
- Standing up the second venture in the portfolio; expect a case study before year-end.
- Slowly rebuilding our shared internal toolkit (auth, billing, ops) so every venture starts from the same warm baseline.
Reading
- A small stack of operations books and a longer one of theology. The studio’s library is the honest log.
Writing
- More journal entries than we shipped last quarter. The goal: write the studio down so the work is legible to anyone walking in cold.
Learning
- How to run a venture studio without it becoming an accelerator.
- Small experiments with Claude + the Claude Code workflow in the studio’s day-to-day.
